Chevening Scholarships
A one-year, fully-funded scholarship for candidates applying for one of the eligible Chevening full-time taught Masters courses.

How to apply
You’ll need to apply for both a full time Masters degree and a Chevening Scholarship. We recommend applying for your chosen course of study before or at the same time as . Courses will begin in September 2026.
Conditions
To be eligible for a Chevening Scholarship you must:
- Be a citizen of a
- Commit to returning to the country of your citizenship from which you applied for at least two years after your scholarship ends.
- Have at least two years of work experience (2,800 hours), acquired after the completion of your undergraduate degree.
- Hold an undergraduate degree that qualifies you for a UK Masters programme.
- . If you are conditionally selected for a Chevening Scholarship, you must have received an unconditional offer from at least one of these course choices by 17.00 BST (UK time) on 9 July 2026. We recommend applying to UK universities as soon as possible.
How the scholarships are awarded
Applications are sifted against Chevening's eligibility criteria. Mid-February 2026 applicants are shortlisted by Chevening for interviews. Interviews take place during March and April 2026. The outcome is known from mid-June 2026.
